About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Prepare the recruitment processes by preparing job postings, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
2. Creation of employee documents HR policies and procedures like- offer letter, appointment letter, contract extension letters, bonafide letters, etc.
3. Handle a variety of personnel-related administrative duties. Support all the HR operations activities and assist in coordinating HR policies, processes, and relevant documentation

5. Maintaining /updating personal files of employees and various HR tools
6. Handling employee attendance
7. Maintaining and updating the employee database
8. Joining formalities/Induction, managing exit formalities
9. Assisting the L&D Manager with the implementation of training programs, maintaining the training database.
10. Post new positions on websites and job boards.
11. Need to screening resumes and applications.
12. Send offer and regret letters.
13. Coordinate interviews.
14. Collect and update our database with new hire information (e.g. employment forms and contact information)
15. Maintain payroll data including leaves, working hours, and bank accounts.
16. Help prepare Word, PowerPoint, and Excel documents.
18. Track progress, priorities, and deadlines of various projects.
